Welcome to
the Greater Erie
Youth Symphony Orchestra, northwestern Pennsylvania's
most comprehensive orchestral teaching program, where the next generation of
professional musicians is born!
The heart of GEYSO's mission
is to provide a top-notch music education to ALL young people, without
exception. Beginning and advanced musicians ranging in age from elementary
school through college are invited to join one of GEYSO's
ensembles, which are designed to meet individual student's needs and
abilities. And because GEYSO offers a generous financial aid and scholarship
program, financial situation is not a concern.
